Is MotorPortal HQ built for used car dealers?

Yes. The platform is designed around the day-to-day workflow of independent used car dealerships.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Your dealership can move between plans as your needs change.

Does MotorPortal HQ support VAT?

Prices are shown excluding VAT where VAT applies. MotorPortal HQ helps you keep VAT records organised and prepare your figures, then export them to Xero or QuickBooks. It isn't HMRC-recognised software, so you'll still file through compatible software — check your figures with your accountant.

What do I get on the Ultimate plan?

Ultimate removes the vehicle stock limit entirely and adds priority support and onboarding, plus early access to new features as we roll them out — including AI-enhanced walkaround video, which is coming soon.

Can I manage my vehicles online?

Yes. Inventory, vehicle costs, sales and online listings are all managed through MotorPortal HQ.
